Orders are processed during operating hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
Sunday: Closed

Orders placed outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, order volume, and courier schedules.

Delivery requirements

As our products are perishable, customers must ensure that:

• Accurate delivery details are provided
• Someone is available to receive the order

Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

Failed deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order, Grobbies Meat Deli may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or collection. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Grobbies Meat Deli is not responsible for spoilage or delays caused by:

• Incorrect delivery information
• Customer unavailability
• Delays outside our reasonable control

Delivery fees

Collection
