2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure product accuracy, Grobbies Meat Deli reserves the right to discontinue products, update pricing, or amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Due to the nature of fresh meat and deli products, slight variations in weight, size, colour, and packaging may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment has not been successfully received.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically confirm acceptance. Orders are only accepted once payment is received and stock availability has been confirmed.

Grobbies Meat Deli reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

5. Delivery & Collection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive the order at the selected delivery address. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

6. Product Inspection

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery.

Any issues regarding incorrect, damaged, missing, or unsatisfactory products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grobbies Meat Deli shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

8. Privacy

Customer information submitted via this website will be used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and customer service purposes.

9. Amendments

Grobbies Meat Deli reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.


Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

At Grobbies Meat Deli, we take pride in supplying fresh, premium quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are limited in accordance with South African food safety regulations and the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • You received the incorrect product
  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
  • A product is missing from your order
  • A product does not reasonably match its description

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • Submit clear photographs of the affected product and packaging where applicable

Non-refundable items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products incorrectly stored after delivery
  • Products reported outside the 24-hour reporting window
  • Partially consumed products
  • Orders where no one was available to accept delivery

Approved refunds

Approved refunds may be processed as:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Product replacement

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
